Shortly after moving to New York City in 1999, singer, pianist and songwriter Tony DeSare was cast as the star of the long running Off-Broadway musical, Our Sinatra, in which he was praised by Variety for his “dapper charm.” Since that time, Tony has earned critical acclaim for his recent performances at the legendary jazz club Birdland, the elegant Café Carlyle, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. On a 2009 Summer Concert Series special holiday concert engagement, Tony DeSare is joined with guitar and jazz bass for an exceptional evening of American jazz standards.
